7 Different Fabrics Make Different T-Shirt


Hello folks! What's up? Back again with us, clover’s clothing. In this article we are going to talk about t-shirt that made from many different fabrics. Do you curious about that? Let’s check it out! Here are 7 based fabrics that usually used to make a t-shirt. 

1.      COTTON (COMBED 20S, 24S, 30S)
This cotton combed fabricis made 100% from pure cotton, so that this cotton has characteristic such as: soft and can absorbing sweat so that this fabric can make the t-shirt very comfortable and suitable to be wore for us, especially in Indonesia that has tropical climate.  In this case, the cotton 20s is the thickest materials than cotton 30s based on its gr/m2.

2.      CARDET (20S, 30S)
This quality of cardetfabric isone step lower than cottonfabric. Because it is the copycat of cotton fabric, so the fabric has coarse fabric thread. This kind of fabric is usually used to make exercise t-shirt or factory’s t-shirt.

3.      POLYESTER
This fabric is made from fiber that similar with fiberpoly so this kind of fabric has characteristics like rough enough, thinner than cotton fabric, and this fabric could not absorb the sweats so that it is stiflingly hot when we wear.

4.      TC (TETERON COTTON)
What happen when we mix cotton fabric and polyester fabric? Yes, it is teteron cotton! This cotton made from 35% cotton combed and 65% polyester fabric. The characteristic of this fabric is not far away from polyster, but the benefits from this fabric are this fabric is not easy to get rumpled and stretch.

5.      VISCOSE
This kind of material is made from syntactic cellulose organic that made by human for the use of based materials for fabric. This vicose has characteristics softer than cotton fabric, it also can added convenience when we wear this fabric, and the color of this fabric also more bright.

6.      CVC ( COTTON VISCOSE)
Cotton viscosce, from its name we can conclude that this fabric is made from cotton fabric and viscosce. The percentage is 55% cotton combed and 45% viscosce. This fabric has characteristics like cotton fabric, but better than cotton fabric that is this fabric has small shrinkage than cotton fabric

7.      HYGET
From all of the fabrics, this kind of fabric is the cheapest one because it is made from plastic and very thin. This fabric actually is not proper to be the materials of t-shirt. This only use we=hen people want to make t-shirt in huge amounts but has minimum fund, especially for party campaign’ t-shirt.
